Local deliveries will be made 2-5 business days after the order is placed.

Want free shipping, but don't live in the Indianapolis area?  We now offer FREE USPS Shipping on all orders over $50 via Parcel Post. 

Orders under $50 have the option of UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or Parcel Post for shipping options. The price for each option will be quoted at checkout.

Returns Policy

Our return policy allows for unwashed/unused items in original condition (i.e. tags attached, original packaging included if applicable, etc) to be returned within 30 days from original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any incurred charges to ship items back to Toasty Baby.

After 30 days no cash refunds are allowed. Only unwashed/unused items in original condition (i.e. tags attached, original packaging included if applicable, etc) can be exchanged for merchandise or merchandise credit.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
