Returns Policy

Our return policy allows for unwashed/unused items in original condition (i.e. tags attached, original packaging included if applicable, etc) to be returned within 30 days from original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any incurred charges to ship items back to Toasty Baby.

After 30 days no cash refunds are allowed. Only unwashed/unused items in original condition (i.e. tags attached, original packaging included if applicable, etc) can be exchanged for merchandise or merchandise credit.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Local deliveries will be made anytime on Monday - Friday, on the designated delivery day as follows:

Monday - Fishers, Noblesville, Indy Northeast
Tuesday - Westfield, Carmel, Indy Northwest
Wednesday - Avon, Brownsburg, Indy East
Thursday - Indianapolis Proper
Friday - Greenwood, Indy South

Express shipping is available for $5 if you need your order delivered before your delivery day. All orders placed by 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day, or delivered on the designated day above. Please allow two business days for orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
